I have visited this car wash a number of times and have had really good luck with the self washing bays. Today I used the auto wash just to get the dirt off before the next cold spell. Well as I am stuck inside the wash I called the number located on the wall and was connected with a very kind man who was away for a little bit and he safely walked me through a few steps to get out safe and offered to refund my money. The level of customer service was very high and in this day and age that is not always the case. Sadly my truck didn't get cleaned but I was offered a free wash next time I was in that area. Excellent way to turn a bad situation into a repeat customer.
